We are pleased to present the congress profile, a feature that will facilitate your navigation through the congress website, help you organise your participation at the congress and maximise your congress experience. 

If you already have an events account:

• Sign in by typing your username (last name.first name) and password below. 
• For ISN Members, please note this is NOT your ISN Membership account, you cannot login using your membership credentials. 

If you do not have an ISN events account:

• Type your email address in the "Create New Profile" box to create an account. Should your email already be in the database, the system will recognize you and and you will be prompted to sign in.
• After creating a new account, an activation link will be sent. If this email does not appear, please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder. If these cannot be found in either folder you will need to ensure all emails from noreply@theisn.org, IP address: 149.72.23.77, are allowed in your inbox. This is something you may need to ask your IT to set this up. 
• It is possible that security measures and firewalls installed by your organization block emails sent from our platforms (including confirmation notifications or other important communications). We recommend using a personal email account to ensure you receive all communications concerning the congress.

If you do not remember your password:

• Enter your email or username in the box "Forgot Your Password". If the email or username is recognized, a password reset link will be sent.
• If your activation email or password reset request email does not appear, please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder. If these cannot be found in either folder you will need to ensure all emails from noreply@theisn.org, IP address: 149.72.23.77, are allowed in your inbox. This is something you may need to ask your IT to set this up.
